installer free Kst for windows

Hello,

Somehow I got an installer-free version of Kst2. I cannot now locate where I got it. Did you give me a link? Can you tell me where it is? It does not seem to be linked from your website, nor is it easy to find by searching.

Anything that requires elevated privileges (most installers) is difficult to install on government computers in the US, and many links to Kst downloads are outright blocked for one reason or another. There seems to be a false virus report on it (not from an actual scan finding, just a false report, maybe there once was an infected version or something, I can't really tell). But the installer problem remains even if the false virus report is cleared up.
